Payment

All items must be prepaid before shipment. Racing Works accepts Payments through Bank Wire Transfer, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Google Checkout, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. In the event of collection proceedings, customer shall pay all collection costs incurred by seller and other costs including, but not limited to professional or attorney’s fees.

Hours of Operation

Racing Works is open Monday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5). Operation schedule is subject to Holidays and Inventory.

Sales

All products offered for sale are sold As-Is.

Special Orders

Racing Works will accept special orders. All special orders must be paid for in full at time of purchase. Once the order has been placed to the manufacturer, it can not be cancelled or refunded. Items that are shipped from the Manufacturer that are listed on the Web Site are considered to be special order.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Freight

Item prices do not include shipping and handling. Orders will be shipped by the most economical method possible, unless otherwise specified at time of order. Racing Works reserves the right to substitute selected shipping methods with comparable services. Racing Works is not responsible or liable for any damage caused during or the inconvenience resulting from product shipments. Claims must be made to the freight carrier. Timeliness of repair or replacement for damaged or missing product is limited to the shipping carrier’s policies. All returns, shortages or damage claims must be made within 3 business days of receiving shipment.

Returns

Returns can be requested within 72 hours of receiving shipment. Returns can only be accepted on items that are new and unopened and in resalable condition. All returns are subject to a 35% Restocking and Handling charge. A vaild (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained before returns are shipped and must be marked clearly on the shipping label or shipment will be refused.

Returns will not accepted on items that are special order (may be listed on invoice), items that have been used, items that have been installed, electrical items, wheels, items purchased via online auctions or forums or classified sites and items on clearance or sale.

Back Orders

Racing Works will notify you when backordered items are ready for sale. We will not hold any inventory unless this item is Special Order and Pre-Paid.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Warranty, if any, is subject to manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Please contact the manufacturer of the product directly for warranty details and coverage before purchase. Customer is responsible for all freight costs incurred during inspection or replacement for any warranty claims.

Title of Ownership

All items remain the property of Racing Works unless paid for in full.

Foreign Orders

Import/Export Fees, Duties & Customs Charges and Taxes, along with related expenses, are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed by the freight carrier. These charges will not be included in the purchase you make from Racing Works.
